A police constable was crushed to death by a liquor-laden SUV on national highway-28 near Salona under the Barauli police station area in Gopalganj district early on Tuesday morning. The driver of the SUV, who hailed from Haryana, also died as the vehicle hit a speeding container while he was trying to flee from the spot.
